The Operations Manager primary responsibilities is to lead operations through development, execution, and continuous improvement of lean strategies. Primary metrics are People, Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Delivery. The Operations Manager oversees manufacturing (and shipping) to make sure quality items are produced and shipped on time to customers due dates.
Trade Compliance Manager
This position is responsible for ensuring compliant import and export activities of Avionic Instruments and Acme Aerospace. This includes, without limitation, adherence to applicable U.S. and non-U.S. laws and regulations pertaining to international trade as well as ensuring compliance with corporate policies. The candidate will work with freight forwarders, US customs officers, custom brokers, internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to import and export regulations.
Customer Service Repair Coordinator
This position requires a skilled, detail oriented, experienced team player to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment of repair administration management. The position is accountable for performing a broad range of administrative and clerical duties, as well as being the prime liaison between the Repair Station (FAA 145 Repair Station) and the Customer. The position is responsible for managing incoming repairs, organizing, and maintaining repair workflow system and data base, managing incoming/outgoing correspondence with Customers and compiling various reports and managing performance metrics (Turn Around Time and On-Time-Delivery).

Additionally, this person will perform manufacturing engineering duties such as: design and realization of production tools, technical oversight on machine procurement and repair, method sheet development and maintenance, time studies, production data analysis and concurrent engineering projects.
The Engineering Manager will manage/direct day-to-day operations of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of systems, electrical, mechanical, and software engineers (approximate team size of 10-12). accountable for design, development, pre-production and engineering projects related to Ni-Cd cells and batteries.
