Avionic Instruments' International Sales Workshop Convenes in Lisbon
Some thirty aviation industry sales professionals gathered in Lisbon, Portugal recently for Avionic Instruments’ International Sales Workshop. The interactive workshop provided an opportunity for AI’s commercial and military sales, marketing and business development personnel to engage with the company’s independent distributors and sales representatives from the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
In addition to AI sales and business development managers, attendees included representatives and key channel distribution partners: STS Component Solutions (USA), Topcast (Asia-Pacific), MSI (Middle East), AVVA (Turkey), Panair (South America), Surfeo (Europe), Jalux (Japan) and Teder (Israel).
The meeting provided an opportunity for the entire AI and Acme sales team, both internal and external, to review and discuss the company’s business goals and objectives, and sales plan. Workshop attendees offered vital feedback on industry trends and developments within their respective regions – market intelligence that helps hone marketing and sales strategies – and received input on new products and sales initiatives.
“Workshops such as this serve a valuable purpose in helping to align everyone’s near-term efforts with our overall business plan,” says Richard Dagostino, Director of Sales and Marketing. “Meeting face to face is crucial for all of us to gain a better understanding of industry challenges and opportunities, and to develop sales strategies to capitalize on these trends. This kind of market awareness helps us allocate resources and focus efforts where they will have the greatest impact.”
