_Repairs & AOG

When the Mission Is Grounded, Every Hour Matters

FAA Part 145 certified repair and 24-hour AOG service from the team that designed the system.

Repairs From the Engineers Who Designed the System

A grounded aircraft is a mission interrupted. Avionic combines deep product knowledge, aerospace engineering experience, and responsive support to help customers diagnose power-conversion issues, choose the right path forward, and get critical systems back in service.

The responsibility that guides our engineering carries through the life of the product. Our teams understand the design every Avionic system and bring this to troubleshooting, repair decisions, and component changes. Our FAA Part 145 repair station in Avenel, NJ holds every repair to the same stringent standards as new production, so every unit returns to service fully certified and documented.

Repair & AOG Support

Our FAA-certified technicians troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, and certify every fielded Avionic product, plus select products from other manufacturers, across power electronics and energy storage. We isolate faults to the component level and find the safest, most practical path back to service.

Long-Term Support

The aircraft may fly for decades, and the power system has to stay viable with it. Avionic supports customers as requirements evolve, components become obsolete, and platforms need engineering updates. We redesign and requalify parts to keep them compliant, carrying proven knowledge forward for as long as the airframe flies.
